Catholic? Found a couple of great links / pages / groups for you

I saw the video below on our Read My Lipstick Network group page on http://www.teamsarah.org/. After I watched it I went to the website (http://www.catholicvote.com/) and I signed up for updates. I was invited to participate in a conference call this evening (along with over a million others who're participating) but didn't read my emails soon enough. I took a look and they're going to do another one on Wednesday night at 9 p.m. ET so I've signed up to listen in (phone or webcast). Here's a link for the sign up: http://www.priestsforlife.org/conferencecall/index.aspx

Here's the video that was on the Team Sarah page:

The group doesn't say who they're supporting for President, but they're pro-life so you have to believe they can't vote for Obama since he's so openly anti-life. I refuse to say pro-choice. It's not a choice for the baby in question, it's a choice for the selfish owner of the body who did what was necessary to bring a life into this world without taking proper precautions. I'm not talking about rape, incest, etc. when I talk about stupid women who do whatever the heck they want then kill babies as a means of birth control. It's too darned easy these days to take a pill and use a condom (although lord knows that's not fool-proof).

Signing on to TV Fast for McCain-Palin

I'm on board Barracuda Babe. I'll foreswear all mainstream media through the election and will only watch Fox News if my withdrawals are really bad.

I'm going to send an email to all my friends to encourage them to sign on, too.

Great idea.

Too funny! So true! Thanks Barracuda Babe for sharing this!

Troopergate? Give me a break gate....

Much ado about nothing. As far as I'm concerned if Sarah Palin erred it was in not going far enough. If my brother-in-law tasered my nephew he wouldn't be able to work. My sisters and I would have him in a circle of tasers and we'd show him what it's like. He'd still be running.

What kind of judgement does State Trooper Mike Wooten have? What kind of judgement does his boss, Commissioner of Public Safety Walter Monegan, have for not firing him or at least suspending him?

Yes, she should have fired the guy who wouldn't fire him. Bad judgement times ten on his part. Sarah would have been remiss if she had not wanted him to fire her ex-brother-in-law. Todd Palin wouldn't be a caring man if he hadn't tried to make it happen.

Sarah Palin's only problem is she's just not used to being sneaky and lying like those who are after her.

Trooper gate is clown gate. The Democrat hack clowns who are running this so-called investigation expect us to believe? to care? to swallow their gleeful openly stated partisan findings?

Sounds like a whole lot of jealousy of Todd Palin, Sarah Palin and those who stand up for what is right. These guys would fire their best friend if it would help their climb to power and they expect us to believe them when they point a finger at a Governor who clearly, even in their own write up, had the right to fire the guy (not the trooper) WITHOUT cause? Sounds like she had plenty of cause to me and it has nothing to do with what the idiot trooper did to his own son, or the threats he made to his in-laws life.

It's not going to stick to Sarah guys. Some October surprise.

The surprise is on you. The only people who are going to give this any credibility are the extreme left who love finding fault with good people because it makes them feel more virtuous. Emphasis on "feel".

I agree with my blogger friend at You Can Call Her Governor: "Yawn".

This isn't news, it's not even a distraction.

Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses...

Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses... your homeless, your criminals... and we'll turn them into great Barack Obama voters!

ACORN is not alone, they have outreach projects like Project Vote. They're not alone in their subversion of our voting process, other Democratic and similarly biased groups are hitting the jails, the homeless shelters and under the bridges to find voters. If they can't find enough people to take over a precinct or district, they make them up.

I think the Republicans, the Green Party, the Libertarian Party and other non-Democratic groups need to band together to call for a massive review of all registered names. I'll contribute to the cause. We need to hire independent groups to take the lists and simply match them up against addresses. It shouldn't be that big a deal to run a comparison program in this age of computers.

Heck, take part of the money the government gave to ACORN and use it to clean up the voter rolls.

There needs to be a massive outcry of indignation from the public! We need to write to all of our elected officials, to our local County Commissions, City Councils, voter registration boards, election officials and the media saying we want it cleaned up and a complete review.

Glenn Beck on Obama's Flip Flops

You seeing a theme in my posts ???

More on Obama flip flops

Sean Hannity - Obama Flip Flops

Said I was through for the day but just hafta share this 'n with you:

I agree - Send Sarah to Michigan!

I agree with the Go Sarah Palin blogger --- let's unleash Todd, Sarah and family on Michigan and see if we can't shock 'em all and take it.

I saw An American Carol yesterday, agree with Barracuda Babe, it's a must see.

Watch Sean Hannity tonight, he's going to show the true Obama.

The bailout is a Democratic plot to get Barack Obama elected and the American electorate just may be stupid enough to fall for it. I hope they won't hand our entire government over to the Democrats 'cause we need a true system of checks and balances.

That's it for me for the day.

Movie --- HYPE the Obama Effect

A movement is sweeping the nation. Frenzied crowds gather in every state. Young people chant and sing. Women swoon. The result is record voter turn out and a rare political enthusiasm. At the head of this unprecedented phenomenon stands a charismatic figure intent on becoming the President of the United States.

"I'm asking you to believe.""We are the ones we have been waiting for.""Yes, we can!""Change.""Hope."

These words, from Barack Obama, have inspired everything from outrageous videos to the largest campaign fundraising success in history. He has taken what was considered a sure bet Clinton machine and turned it on its head. His supporters claim he is the new Martin Luther King, Jr. He is hailed as this generation's John F. Kennedy. This documentary explores the HYPE behind Barack Obama.

A shout out to Ohio Republicans!

Wow, this is turning out to be a nasty situation in Ohio. Now I'm hearing that the state isn't going to allow independent observers at the polls or something to that affect (effect? always get mixed up on those two ;-).

I'm going to assume you've all heard about the controversy with the absentee ballots, how they're allowing people to register and vote at the same time. Talk about an opportunity for cheating! There should be a waiting period so they can check out the identification and validity of residency and other issues.

I have a feeling Ohio is going to be Florida revisited.

I've heard they're taking the homeless and dragging them down to register and vote.

I'm going to take a look to see what's going on with the state excluding poll watchers. I don't even think they can legally do that.

Courts Allow Same-Day Vote Window to Go Forward in Ohio
By Mary Pat Flaherty

A weeklong window in which Ohio residents can to register to vote and cast their ballot in person on the same day can get underway Tuesday after courts today rejected challenges to the process. The one-stop voting, which will end Oct. 6, had become a heated partisan issue in the battleground state, with Republicans disputing a legal interpretation by Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner

Barack Obama's ties with ACORN scares the heck out of me. You know they're out working hard to steal votes.

I've included just a FEW of the zillions of hits on voter fraud and ACORN. This is one nasty group and Barack Obama is attached at the hip with this group. They're out to steal our country. People better not be asleep at the wheel 'cause the masses are voting as I type.

Inside Obama’s AcornBy their fruits ye shall know them.
By Stanley Kurtz
What if Barack Obama’s most important radical connection has been hiding in plain sight all along? Obama has had an intimate and long-term association with the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (Acorn), the largest radical group in America. If I told you Obama had close ties with MoveOn.org or Code Pink, you’d know what I was talking about. Acorn is at least as radical as these better-known groups, arguably more so. Yet because Acorn works locally, in carefully selected urban areas, its national profile is lower. Acorn likes it that way. And so, I’d wager, does Barack Obama.

More ACORN Vote Fraud Attempts
Posted on September 15, 2008
-By Warner Todd Huston
The union supporting, Democratic Party pushing, extreme leftist Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) has been caught trying to jerry-rig voter applications in Michigan. It is looking like fraud on a massive scale in Detroit as ACORN tries to fill the Democrat voter rolls with fake Democrat voters.
